I, THE UNDERSIGNED, AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISKS INCIDENTAL TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GARBER JEEP DEMONSTRATION TRACK RIDE AND DRIVE, I FURTHER HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY GARBER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, GARBER REALTY, LLC, and any of its agents, employees, owners, members, representatives, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, insurers, and all other related persons, firms, corporations, associations, or partnerships (hereinafter collectively referred to as RELEASES) IN WHOLE FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE GARBER JEEP DEMONSTRATION TRACK RIDE AND DRIVE. ----- Additional agreement required for parents of minors: IN CONSIDERATION of allowing the below MINOR(S) participant(s) to observe or participate ("participate") in any way in the above activities and/or being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area requiring permission to enter or any area to which admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited), EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin agrees to: ASSUME ALL RISKS INCIDENTAL TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GARBER JEEP DEMONSTRATION TRACK RIDE AND DRIVE, I FURTHER HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY GARBER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (RELEASES) IN WHOLE FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE GARBER JEEP DEMONSTRATION TRACK RIDE AND DRIVE. THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT AND DOES SO VOLUNTARILY AND WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS ARE BEING GIVEN UP. I/WE FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FAILURE TO WITNESS OR NOTARIZE THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT AFFECT ITS VALIDITY.
