New Goodies for the 2019 Dodge Durango
The 2019 Dodge Durango is just about ready to hit production, and the automaker has just let us in on all the details surrounding the latest take on this SUV.
Visually, most of the 2019 Durango lineup will look the same as the previous model year, but there will be a few small tweaks to keep it fresh. The most significant change will likely be to the GT trim, which will gain the same performance front fascia and LED fog lights as the SRT and R/T models. The GT will also get new standard cloth seats, new 20-inch wheels in satin chrome or Brass Monkey finish.
The next trim level up, the Citadel, will also see updates, but only on the inside. Here, you will see new standard second-row captain’s chairs and an available 825-watt Harman Kardon 19-speaker audio system
The 2019 Dodge Durango R/T will gain the same new 20-inch wheels as the GT model and 19-speaker audio system as the Citadel trim, plus it will get available Sephia leather seats.
In the performance-ready SRT model, there will be new red seat belts, a lightweight Brembo brake system with two-piece rotors, new 20-inch wheels in Matte Vapor or Brass Monkey finish, and the same available 19-speaker audio system in the R/T and Citadel models.
Rounding out the changes for the 2019 Durango is a new integrated trailer brake on the Trailer Tow Group and three new colors: Reactor Blue, Destroyer Gray, and F8 Green.
We expect to see the 2019 Dodge Durango this fall here at Garber Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Saginaw, Michigan — Just in time for the snow. It’ll start from $29,995 (excluding destination fees).
