Jeep Models Prepare for Cold Weather With North Editions

By Justin Cupler | July 17th, 2020

The Jeep lineup is no stranger to cold, snowy weather. But that doesn’t mean it’s never looking to improve in this area. This year, each Jeep model will gain a new North Edition that’ll offer the features shoppers in the north need to battle the elements.

Inside, each North Edition model will gain heated seats and steering wheel, remote ignition, a Uconnect 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with SiriusXM® Travel Link Weather, all-weather floor mats, and more.

On the outside, these winterized Jeep models will get four-wheel drive, all-season or all-terrain tires tuned for snow and ice, power heated mirrors, and tow hooks. Each North Edition model will also come with the Jeep Trail Rated kit, which includes a tow strap, D-rings, carabiner, gloves, and safety kit.

Most of the North Edition models are ready for order now, but the Renegade North Edition will arrive in March. Pricing is as follows:

  •       Jeep Cherokee Latitude: $29,755
  •       Jeep Compass Sport: $27,800
  •       Jeep Renegade Sport: $26,670
  •       Jeep Gladiator Overland: $45,720
  •       Jeep Wrangler Sahara: $44,465
