Ram 1500 Classic Gets its Last Hurrah With Homage-Paying Warlock Model

The Ram 1500 Classic may be on its way out now the all-new Ram 1500 is in our Saginaw showroom and pulling in awards left and right. But that doesn’t mean it’ll fade away into obscurity. Ram recently announced a special 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock model that not only gives this pickup a sinister look, but pays homage to the classic Warlock pickups of the 1970s.  

The 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock will set itself apart with a black grille with “R-A-M” lettering, 20-inch semi-gloss-black aluminum wheels, powder-coated front and rear bumpers, a 1-inch lift, black wheel flares, projector headlights with dark bezels, LED taillights, black badges, tow hooks,  and unique decals. Buyers can dress it up further with the optional sport hood and spray-in bed liner.

Inside, this special model will boast Diesel Grey cloth seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, auto-dimming rearview mirror, overhead console, and a 7-inch cluster display. Buyers can also add a few extra options, including an 8.4-inch Uconnect system with navigation.

The 1500 Classic Warlock will be available as a Quad Cab or Crew Cab model with four- or rear-wheel drive. It will be available with either the 305-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 or the 395-horsepower 5.7-liter V-8 engine. Both engine mate with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock will be available in 10 colors: Blue Streak, Bright Silver Metallic, Bright White, Diamond Black, Delmonico Red, Flame Red, Granite Crystal Metallic, Maximum Steel, Pearl White and True Blue. It will hit our showroom serving Frankenmuth, Midland, and Bay City areas the  late in the first quarter of 2019 with a starting price of $35,345.
